Elliott Rae Designs & Boutique is a custom design shop as well as specializing in the season's most stylish apparel. Our goal is to help everyone feel beautiful and find the best clothing with great deals. Please do not hesitate to email us with any custom orders or any concerns with current orders. Turn Around Time
Our current turn around time is 10-14 business days, business days are Monday-Friday and starts the day after an order is placed.
Refunds and Returns
Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Each item is made to order, and we unfortunately cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
If there are any issues with an order, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery.
Please keep in mind all items are unisex sizing and when ordering bleach items each item will vary with the bleach pattern but also the bleached color will vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white, and grey. All will be relatively the same but it’s possible the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. Please be advised.
Tie dye will also vary because each item is hand dyed so no two shirts will be exact but I do try to get them close!
Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Shipping rates are a $5 flat rate fee for all purchases. All items are shipped either priority or first class through USPS.
